Dandelions
What is stronger than a dandelion growing through concrete?
It is not just the flowers squeezing themselves into the world between rocks and a hard place. It is also the shadows they cast in the sun.

It is the shapes that fascinate me, both of the leaves and the shadows of the leaves and flowers. Just the puffballs by themselves are magical, or at least we’ve all made a wish as we spread the seeds for the plant.
Dandelions do not insist on narrow crack environments but will happily embody a whole field if given the chance.

I have read that the leaves are good to eat and are healthy besides being beautiful.
Actually all of the plant is edible if prepared properly. Except maybe the puffballs.
